What We Offer

Our Story

You might be surprised to learn that this business began completely by accident. Two weeks before our family member’s wedding, she found herself feeling anxious and unsupported because of a lack of communication and follow-through from her venue-required coordinator. Having planned our own weddings and managed large-scale productions, we knew she should not have to carry the weight of logistics and problem solving on one of the most meaningful days of her life.

With only two weeks to prepare, we stepped in fully. We internalized her vision, coordinated vendors, finalized details, and quietly ensured everything came together seamlessly behind the scenes. What began as helping someone we loved quickly became one of the most fulfilling experiences of our lives.

We truly believed it would be our first and last wedding until a few months later, when the venue reached back out with another couple in need of a last-minute coordinator.

And just like that, Just In Time Event Services and this mother-daughter dream team were born.

Our Philosophy

A wedding is more than a beautifully planned event. It is a collection of sacred moments shaped by tradition, personal meaning, and intentional choices that reflect each couple and their families. Our role is to faithfully carry out that vision with care and precision, protecting every thoughtful detail so the people at the heart of the celebration can be fully present.

Our greatest joy is creating the freedom for couples and their loved ones to truly soak in the beauty, emotion, and significance of the day without the weight of managing logistics.

Who We Are

(Like in real life)

While professional photos and websites are wonderful, we believe in authentically getting to know each other beyond the curated professional photos and details.

Mary Catherine “MC” Harper

Executive Founder

MC is a proud wife, mother of three, and someone who truly loves making people feel heard and cared for. She is happiest traveling, hosting out-of-state guests, preparing home-cooked meals for the people she loves, and finding reasons to gather around the table and laugh together.

Three weeks after planning her own 350-person wedding to her very best friend and soulmate in 2015, and loving every second of it, she and her husband moved from Georgia to Montana with no home, no jobs, and a whole lot of hope for what was ahead.

At the time, she had no idea that seven years later her parents would make the same move, and together they would build a business rooted in service, trust, and caring deeply for others during life’s most meaningful moments.

Leading up to your wedding day, you will most often find MC behind the scenes designing systems, organizing workflows, managing communication, and keeping every detail on track. She serves as your primary point of contact throughout the planning process, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

Directing Founder

Ceci Richmond

Ceci is a wife, mother of six grown children, “Grandma,” “Gigi,” and “Mimi” to many. When she is not traveling, you can usually find her planning her next trip, shopping, discovering good eats, or faithfully accompanying her husband of 42 years to his baseball games.

After spending 40 years in the Atlanta area, she made the difficult decision to leave behind the life and community she had always known in order to be closer to family in Montana. In doing so, she stepped away from a lifelong volunteer career serving as Director of the Arts for a multi-thousand-member church, where she oversaw broadway style productions, creative direction, and countless moving pieces behind the scenes.

Deeply traditional and naturally creative, wedding coordination became a meaningful way for her to continue using those gifts. She loves helping couples honor timeless wedding traditions while bringing calm structure and thoughtful direction to such an important day.

Long before your wedding arrives, Ceci is quietly gathering details, building mental cues, and thoughtfully envisioning how every part of the day will unfold. Much like a live production, weddings involve countless moving pieces, and she thrives in the fast-paced environment of orchestrating them with grace and confidence.

Ceci has a natural ability to bring calm to busy moments while guiding vendors, attendants, and guests with warmth, clarity, and ease so your day feels seamless from beginning to end.
